We are a small owner operated adventure company with very limited seats, maximum of 12 per trip so BOOKINGS are essential. The best way to find out more about our trips and book is to send us a WhatsApp on +56 9 6290 3220 and we will get you the information you are after and start the booking process.  As we are a small company you will be dealing directly with one of the owners or friendly staff we have on our team.

Once you've found the trip and date required with availability we need the following details :

- Your names

- Clothing size (eg: Small, Medium etc) 

-  Shoe size ( closest size to 5, 7, 9, 10 o 12 - Mens Sizes)

- You contact WhatsApp

- Availability for alternative day or time

- Plus a 50% deposit per person or payment in Full if within 48 hours. Our office will then send you payment options.

If weather conditions or something out of our control prevents our trip from happening a 100% refund will be given . Date changes permitted with minimum of 48 hours notice before trip departure without penalty. 

Deposit is non refundable if you change your mind and can not be used towards another passengers payment.
